Shells of prophecy wash up on shore, as the beaches are littered with broken dates.
This is only the end of the world again.

Tomorrow is unknown as the supermarket shelves are stocked with fear and propaganda.
Selling your souls at apocalyptic prices.
The puppets dance while the liars lay in wait, making money off our neglected truth.
Time waits for no man, while the end is not a justifiable meaning.
A world of chicken littles are running with heads not cut off but left without reason.
It is only the end of the world again. In 1989, someone insisted to me the world was ending that year. Then, in 1996, someone else insisted it was that year. Now it's 2012. Yep, "It is only the end of the world again.". Thank you for posting this as I really enjoyed it.
