[hometext] => A bounty hunter looks for an outlaw.
[bodytext] => I've travelled half way across the land To the state of Mexico I'm looking for someone who's killed seven men An outlaw called Joe I'll hunt him down and I will find him If it's the last thing that I do I've got a gun with just three bullets That's enough to see me through This town sure looks scared This man has caused so much pain Just seeing all the faces around here They look at me As I look back at them They know an end is near I walk inside the saloon I buy a drink And ask about the outlaw called Joe His father is a man of God His son's never harmed a living soul But that was a long time ago I doubt he's hiding in this dusty town In the morning I'll check the hills He must be stopped real soon Before again he kills I lay on my bed that night With this man on my mind Tomorrow, I'm sure, will be the day This gunman I will find I'm looking for the preacher's son I know he's a wanted man He's on the run So I hope you'll understand Tell me where? Where should I be looking? For the preacher's son I find his horse and follow it's trail Along a mountain top Suddenly we are face to face And I fire a gunshot I've done my job so I'll head on back This town I have saved I'll leave poor Joe to the folk that find him I doubt they'll dig his grave [comments] => 1 [counter] => 203 [topic] => 68 [informant] => chrisdavid [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 2 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => fictional )
