loading the selfishness of man unto one another

ever clear

for the first time my eyes see what is not there

all the while

I stand in an open serenade and speak the words of love

all the time

I pray I can one day kill for you

sincerity

the one I once praised as my father and saviour

clarity

no longer seeing the light behind the crimson curtains

all knowing

realizing this is no place for me

all reasoning

understanding now what I could never see clearly

breathing

exhumed from the ground

screaming

body lost in the place of the profound darkness

excruciating

the truth that lies beneath the lies they feed you

intoxicating

the rules of treachery and hatred that we all will follow.

Thanks for the insight into what must be a real nightmare for you.
I think I can get a little more of a sense of what it must be like now, having never suffered from it myself.
Nice write

Steve
