That you had to say your last goodbye You meant the world to me Someone I could depend But now that you're gone for good All I can do is pretend My heart has sunk, I'm a broken man No matter how many tears I cry I still hear you say your last goodbye If you told me where it started to go wrong I could have tried to sort it out But even if I did everything that I could I would still have my doubts I can't forget the past There's a voice that won't let me go I've tried my best to move on But it's harder than you could know Memories haunt me, your ghost I still see Your words will stay 'til I die I remember when you said your last goodbye...
