Cold and broken against the door.
Her grime-y fingers hold the knife,
Wondering if tonight she will take her life.

Time goes by a tear rolls down,
Though she hurts she makes not one sound.
She stares silent at her open cuts,
Only think about how her life sucks.

Though someone loves her she does not know why,
Left alone in the dark left there to cry.
Right now she olny has one thing to decide ,
If she is worthy enough to be alive.

She holds the knife firm in her hand,
Lying on the floor because she can't stand.

Today she lies there on the floor,
Lying in a puddle of her own gore.
Her heart stops beating she takes her last breath,
She see's her life ending this is her death. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 164 [topic] => 13 [informant] => parrotlover1 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 11 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

I sound like a broken record on here over and over for years and years when I say..... I do not often make a comment on a poem concerning suicide because it bothers me a great deal..........

The poem is well written, painfully sad.

Myself, I have been on the living end of anothers suicide and I can and will say it is a selfish act and those left behind are the ones who truly do the suffering.

While this poem is dark and sad, it's also very well written. You did a wonderful job with this.

It was well written, yet very disturbing. You did a good job in it's discription.
