Array ( [sid] => 15158 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => In Beloved Peace [time] => 2003-03-29 14:45:00 [hometext] => This is written for four friends of mine, three are dead, and Scott's fighting for his life after the "Non-survivable crash". There was another dead, but I don't know him, and they can't identify that he was really driving the car. [bodytext] => Yesterday I was doing fine,
The moon rose, the sun did shine,
Kids played and laughed around the block,
My throat was open, I could talk.

Today I heard, but didn't listen,
I saw, but closed my eyes.
I touched, but felt nothing,
I'm in denial, these are lies.

Tomorrow the dull sun will rise,
And I'll open my tear-stained eyes.
Circling my mind is all your faces,
As they lower four full coffin cases.

Today I heard and truly listened,
I saw, and closed my eyes.
I touched the emptiness inside,
As my heart yelled out it's cries.

The kids still laugh and carry on,
They don't want to admit your gone.
This accident that took your life,
Has left so many hearts with strife.

Today I want to hear your voice so bad,
I sat and looked at all you had.
I touched upon my memories.
O God, give them back, take me, please.

Rest in Beloved Peace,
I hope you found your release.
All I know is I miss you all alot,
Brandon, Owen, Crieg, and Scott.

You know, that was the only poem on this entire website so far that's actually almost made me cry. It's a beautiful poem and I'm sure they're proud of it.
