As I stand here at the corner, broken and spent
I look back wondering where my life has went
I did not come here so you could watch me die
Just to tell you I love you and respectfully say good-bye

I have destroyed everything that has entered my life
Finally chasing away my kids and my wife
Single handedly forcing the sunshine to recede
Causing every humans heart to bleed

You had always warned I would die a lonely old man
I know you were not my number one fan
Now we have come to a point such as this
My last act of love, to your cheek I place a kiss

I will now bid you farewell
My future awaits me in Hell

Good-Bye

I am sorry things appear to be going so badly for you now. I hope you are not thinking of leaving in any way, shape, or form. I am relatively new to this site, but love reading your works and can tell you are a truly good soul in your writing. Please send me a message if you need anything, I will be there to listen. Great poem full of emotion!

Hey, you know I hate these types of writes, no matter how good they are. What is happening to you is not the end of the world... but if it helps to write, then I understand. I'll talk to you again soon...
Hugs
Jenni
