The heat of your body
And the warmth of your soul
Fill the cold void in me
And they make me feel whole

No one has ever loved me
As much as you do
And in my darkest times
I know you’ll pull me through

But all of this together
Could never be enough
To say what I really want to
About the wonders of your love

I’m writing just to tell you I love you
And how beautiful you are
And if I could only catch them
I’d give you the stars

It's a lovely poem. Have you let him read it yet. I'm sure he will enjoy it. It's good to see you writing again. I guess it's time I at least sat down and tried to write something myself again as well. truly , doug
