[bodytext] => I look through the scope of uncompromising clarity. I'm not sure I count but I am among thousands and they populate huge towns. The streets are littered with down on your luck bucks who can't buy a break but keep moving for "just in case." I see cruelty and carelessness on the faces that don't care as they're walking through shiny revolving doors on their way to the forty-fouth floor. After their conference calls and brainwashing sessions, they break for lunch, moving toward the windows, eating their corporate paid sushi, to watch with joy those down below and their suffering. Those people in the streets are burdened with heavy hearts and heavy shoulders ready to buckle for all that they couldn't handle. I stand at the corner because I haven't decided which person to be. I don't like carelessness or greed, but I'm not strong enough for a life too heavy to breathe. And yet the ones on the ground have hope in their eyes, and stay honest for a belief in better times, waiting for change that evens the score, but it's my eyes that see both worlds and they are far from happy. So I look at the ground and watch the plants and bugs struggling through the concrete, completely out of place, I am not content in any case. If someone could show me the beauty I couldn't seem to find these blue eyes could accept what they see and look for it in every living thing.
