That promise was broken so many times.
Now, I guess you can say Im the fool.
For taking some body else's heart,
and falling in love with it too.
I made a wish and wished for you,
and it actually came to be true.
so why is it I'm here,
crying my heart out feeling so very blue?
I should have learned the first time you hurt me.
You said, you wanted to make things work with her.
But I interfered and got in the way,
and now thats the price that I pay.

You used to say you would never hurt me
and I believed it to be true.
That promise was broken so many times.
Now, I guess you can say Im the fool.
For taking some body else's heart,
and falling in love with it too.
I made a wish and wished for you,
and it actually came to be true.
so why is it I'm here,
crying my heart out feeling so very blue?
I should have learned the first time you hurt me.
