My nic nic twas only three

A witty, bitty girl, Don't cha see.

Me leaving on a plane to Washington State

She said, Be gone a long, long wait.

Yeah, Mammaw I know you in my heart

But I jist gotta witty, bitty heart.

Dee's gone and now you leavin too.

I jist gotta witty, bitty heart.

Was telling nic, nic good bye

Her little heart began to cry

Mammaw, I know you in my heart

Big tears dripping, leaving to part.

See she was mammaw's when mommy worked

We have so many memories on Planet Earth

From talking, training, to funn in the sun

Hugging, kissing,and much more fun.

Mammaw came back to you

Now NIc, Nic's no longer blue.

She's grown now, a beautifull young lady

such a sweet dear lil poem here emy.. this could be in one of those childrens boooks seriously.. its really good. I really loved this lil poem.. shows one how important family is. awesome job

Absolutely adorable. I'm Meme to my grandson who is 17 months and spending the nite tonite. Isn't being a grandmother better than being a mother in alot of ways? You just get to enjoy them and send them home. I love it and obviously you do too.
