I need you-
Like the sky needs
the ocean blue
They exist in this world
hand in hand
Like the ocean waves
and smooth wet sand
Without each other
they are not the same

they together remain

There's a very sweet tone and delightful undercurrent (lol - pun intended) to this. It feels very much like a "random thought that became a poem".... and wonderful thing about it is that the thought was lovely to begin with... and become even more so when set on the page.

Man... don't you just love poetry? : )
