Hours until the dawn,
Sleepless times ,restless mind,
Makes my life so full of scorn,

Long hard days, with little pay,
Make me feel like giving up,
Bills are high, although I try,
I drink from a bottomless cup,

Life is grim , here within,
The road goes on for miles,
No respite, I don't see light,
But still my mouth it smiles,

Future blooms, prospects loom,
Optimism is the way,
Things may change, or rearrange,
Tomorrow is a brand new day

I hear you loud and clear. I can’t agree with you more. We can only take one day at a time. May peace and joy continue to be in your heart. “Smile”

That's what I keep saying...to everyone else anyhow. when it comes to myself I seem to forget that simple piece of advice. Why do you think that is? I keep trying to tell myself...other ppl have worse problems than i do...why should i even cry? but that just ain't working right now...pity.

My dear friend Sue, it has been far too long since I last stopped to visit your pages. As always the contents are never disappointing. I have missed reading your work. You have the amazing ability to turn a sad poem into a happy one. You have a beautiful heart of gold my dear friend.
I have come to learn that it's no use dwelling on the downs in my life for there is always someone else out there worse off than me.

Life might be grim, but deep within
Your beautiful radiant heart glows
No time to despair, you know we care
For happiness in your heart grows~

Taking each day as it comes my dear friend. May your smile never fade from your beautiful face. Take care dearest Sue~
love, hugs n prayers,
Sue M
