the feeling of being unloved
i hate starting over
once more

why does this always happen?
why don't they ever
love me
and no one else

it may sound selfish
to only want you to love me
but i can find someone else
who will do just that

this shouldn't hurt
it wasn't long
but maybe i just hate the feeling
of being by myself

i'm not as independent
as i would like to think
i need someone beside me
someone more then a friend

why is it always for someone better?
why do you make me feel inferior
and i am left to deal with this
all by myself

it does wonders
for my self-esteem
and yes,
that was sarcasm

i'll find someone else
at least i hope so
but maybe this is a sign
that i should be alone [comments] => 4 [counter] => 292 [topic] => 22 [informant] => midnight_writer [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )

Wow, it's good to get things out. Much better that holding them on your heart. I've been there before, and it sucks. I sure hope things work out for you. Good write, i'm feeling it.

This is so sad. Written with intense emotion and honesty. I'm so sorry for your pain.
Things will get better, I believe there is someone special for everyone, sometimes when we aren't looking for it it happens right before our eyes.

Take care
Blessings

Michelle
