Thinking of your last days.
Looking in dead eyes,
Why are you so crazed?!

You've stolen my essence,
You've scarred my soul.
Gone is my innocence,
My heart's a big hole.

I needed family,
I needed love.
But you've given me
No one to trust.

Uttering goodbyes,
Thinking of your wrongs.
Looking in my eyes,
My life is gone. [comments] => 7 [counter] => 482 [topic] => 32 [informant] => Kunoichi [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 11 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )

...no matter how complete and whole we manage to become, good-byes always take away a part of us...then again, something is forever left with us, too...I, too, liked the second stanza...what it said and how you said it made it easily soak into my spirit...

...so sad, though...

...thanks,

ron...enigma
