Is it the fact that all seems to fall on me? What can I do to let this all simply be? O Lord, You want all the control of my life Yet I try to do it myself and cause strife So why can't I just let You have my all Why do I let Pride build me up so tall Is this why I feel so defeated today Okay, I'm listening Lord--please have your say! Struggling, I give up the reigns, Here take them, Lord Just lead me and guide me through your open door! I need to feel your loving embrace and peace That can only be found through total release The sound of the rain seems different now It's because of your love, I know that's how So be my Lord over all of my ways Watch over me for all of my days.
