Knew them well
About a man who lived
Where animals dwell

They told of his prowess
Muscular and lean
She decided such majesty
Must personally be seen

Deep into the jungle
On safari she went
Daringly after dark
She followed a sweet scent

There he was showering
Under a waterfall
Adonis in ebony
Baring it all

He saw her
And off he took
Soon a black panther
Had her in his look

Eyes emeralds
Under the moon
Moments passed
Morning came soon

She found herself
Nestled with this big cat
Wondering how
She got where she was at

Then he rose
Stretching to the sky
Would she get away?
Or is this how she would die?

As suddenly as he
A panther had become
There was this man
Striking her numb

Then into his arms
He swept her away
And with this animal
She decided to stay [comments] => 4 [counter] => 164 [topic] => 49 [informant] => NoSaint [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 18 [ratings] => 6 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => mystical )
