What I have missed out on, what I have lost.

I’ve missed all the cuddles I could have given you,
All the love I would have poured into you.

My tears fall for all the smiles I have missed
And feeling your soft baby skin.

I have missed on giving you my knowledge
And the joy of seeing yours.

I cry deeply for all of my little ones…..

You may have not ever been in my arms
but always surrounded with love in my heart.
I look forward to seeing you all one day, my precious ones.

good poem,
i am still grieving over lost loves and its the worst feeling in the world, but if your feelings are out in the open, they seem less harsh.. keep up the good work.. thoughts are with you...

Beautifully written and deeply felt, they would truly have been most fortunate to have had you as their guide and you by their side.

I knew immediately that you were speaking of your lost babies. I have felt the very same emotions that your poem spoke of so eloquently. I lost two babies a very long time ago and to this day think of them in moments of reflection. Your poem moved me greatly and was very well written.
