Array ( [sid] => 112212 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Breaking Point [time] => 2005-12-28 15:39:52 [hometext] => This tells a story. Something snapped in me and I had to write. I didn't know how else to get rid of the rush of emotion I was feeling. [bodytext] => So then something snapped inside of me;
suddenly...
I'm hanging only by a thread.
Thread of you, thread of me.
The wounds beneath are fresh and bloody.
I'm all alone, you've abandoned what there was left to kill in me.
Here I dangle.
Stifling the helpless tears.
This empty chasm beneath, so peaceful.
Dangling, I kick and scream
Don't let me go too far over the edge.
Don't let me slip into oblivion.

The thread snaps. Temptation.

The break down is so bitter sweet;
it gorges itself on my misery.
Empty monstrosity growing inside my wretched body...
break down, break free.
Tear the hurt away from my pale skin; make me raw again.
Leave no room for tears and shame;
take your place.
Pulsing, pulsing, pulsing...
Thrive iside these cold, blue veins.
Oh Lord, oh God, I can't stand the pain.
Let me plummet down
beneath icey waves.
Empty darkness...
I don't have sanity for loss.
Don't... Don't make a sound.
Take me away where nothiness fills my mind.
