its hard to see through all your tears,
when your eyes have cried and cried,
its hard to just ajust your eyes.

You can see others pain,
but your mind and body cant refrain,
looking through windows of your soul,
struggling out of a big black hole,

You tell yourself you do not care,
but things are getting hard to bear,
just when your sanity is coming back,
your pushed back down,
where its dark and black.

Helping others is the answer ,
life is music your the dancer,
you have to fight and move on,
hope that nothing else goes wrong.

It easier said then it is done,
so tell yourself lifes just begun,
try to fight your despair,
you know theres people who really care.. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 470 [topic] => 40 [informant] => lillyjane [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 13 [ratings] => 6 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => fantasy )

Helping others is the answer.
Life is music your the dancer.
I like these lines as it is true to put others first is the way to help yourself.
Not easy, but it can be done.
Your poem gives a lot of encuragement.

A brilliant write, I love the lines 'Helping others is the answer, life is music and your the dancer' too. If you keep thinking like that you're on the road to recovery.
