The flickers of what once was yet again surface to a boil
Shimmers of everlasting that never really had vanished
All the intensity and the feelings of truth come crashing

The serenity that I feel within and the peace all flood my veins
Glimpses of us of what we had and still have all trace my body again
Breathing in as I almost gasp for a trace of my trembling breath
Now remembrance fills my being of what I thought had died a death

Entrancing my soul your words filter thru my reaching heart
We mold and entwine where we had once been and never did part
Pulling you towards my dark and desolate lovers embrace
Your light feeds my emptiness to fight and keep our pace

The title definitely suits the poem, and I think you catagorized it properly as well, some may debate that, it's just my opinion. I loved it, I'm more into the darker writes, and yours was very interesting. Great write. Can't wait for more.
