[bodytext] => I don’t know what the meaning of my life is, I can no longer hold on, I just whish things were different, this pain and sadness is way to strong, what can I do with my life, everything is going wrong, could this be it, will I make it another day, will I drown in my sorrows, will some one lead me and help, the problem is I can no longer see what’s wrong with me, the scares on my body only shows my weakness, I want this life over no longer can I go on, sometimes suicide seems like the only thing left for me, no one knows me no one cares when your soul is gone, I lost my self in the feeling of guilt, how can I go on with this life, it’s so hard when I would rather be dead, something is not right, I cant go on, I want to die, I cant take this anymore.

I don’t know what the meaning of my life is, I can no longer hold on, I just whish things were different, this pain and sadness is way to strong, what can I do with my life, everything is going wrong, could this be it, will I make it another day, will I drown in my sorrows, will some one lead me and help, the problem is I can no longer see what’s wrong with me, the scares on my body only shows my weakness, I want this life over no longer can I go on, sometimes suicide seems like the only thing left for me, no one knows me no one cares when your soul is gone, I lost my self in the feeling of guilt, how can I go on with this life, it’s so hard when I would rather be dead, something is not right, I cant go on, I want to die, I cant take this anymore.

A sad and heart breaking write. I felt so much like this. I suffer from severe depression and can so much relate to your poem. Please do seek help/counselling. It makes a world of a difference. If you ever need anybody to talk to please pm me okay. I'm lucky I had special friends on this site that stuck by me and helped me back on track.
It's an awful state to be in. My heart and prayers go out to you.

Vinnie I know life can get you down at times but theres just no answer why but God gives us test to see if we can handle it! I know you will be able to cope with this just think one day you will look back on this poem & smile!!!

| In Japan they have a saying "Gambate" which means keep your chin up, and I say that to you! Please don't let depression make you feel that there is nothing here worth living for! Everyday is a precious gift! Please don't throw it away! There is so much beauty in life, yes, it is mixed in with pain and tradegy and suffering, but the beauty is there the things that make life worth it are there! I felt much the same way as you before I found my source of hope, my salvation. Please know that if you are lost, or if you feel lost, that there is someone waiting for you to call on Him so He can love you and hold you in this world! |

Hang in there my friend. Many things happen for a reason, we just have to figure out how and why. A wise man once told me you can stumble around in the dark or you can light a match. I hope you find the strength and courage to strike that match.
