Will the sun never rise?
Icicles in my veins
Where the season
Remains the same
Gray skies in my head
Where the trees of hope
Are bare and dead
Cold winds are in my heart
Give me a jump start

Lonely trees
Bare of leaves
Winter breeze
Blows the snows
That drift
Sift
Through the frozen grass
Cold sun overhead
Shows a landscape
Gray an' dead
Frozen tears
The sky does shed
My love is seven winters long

No blanket to warm my heart
No pillow to rest my soul
Father Winter is upon me now
Icy kiss
Chilling embrace
'Tis the season within me
Snow
