Array ( [sid] => 104173 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => He raped her [time] => 2005-08-22 17:15:35 [hometext] => for my friend who was raped by her husbands cousin and needs to find strength to make him pay. [bodytext] => Tears flow from her eyes,
afraid of what will happen if she speaks up,
he took all away from her, her dignity and strength
and now he toys with her.

She cried no, but the cries were not heard
he didn't care the night he raped her.

now the family is broken
because of the truth spoken
she is considered wrong by some
and by some just looked down upon

he raped her body
and he continues to rape her soul

she's moving on, married with a family
but the nights he raped her
still haunt her memory,
there is no glory
in her pain.
there was no love
that was made
only the loss of trust
and fear of speaking

he raped her now she is called a liar,
he raped her and now she cried
he raped her and part of her died...

BUT HE IS A HERO TO HIS FAMILY??????

A rape on its own is very tragical but it makes it more tragical when rape is conflicted by a close friend, relative or a loved one.
We had something similar in our family, me uncle had raped all his nephews and nieces but none of us could get him to be convicted because of his physical handicap. Judges found him uncapable of doing such actions as he is partly paralised on one side.

I sooo feel the pain your friend is having right now. All I can say to you is, be there for your friend as much as you can and more than you think you can, it will help your friend tremendously in the long run. There will be a time where your friend will close off from the outside world and there where you'll be needed the most.

I wish your friend loads of strenght to pull thru this.

Hugss,

Nats.

My heart goes out to your friend and yourself as well..
I know its hard but for her to move on she has to let the angry out somehow,,
I hope she is recieving counciling..
There are some Terrible and cruel people out there.
To be betrayed by someone close to you is harder than any other...
Be her courage to walk this path when she feels she can't take a step..
May God Bless Ya'll...
Huggggggggggs
