im walking down the city streets
watching the stars and catching a breeze
soaking up the moon light,on this flawless city night
the breeze is cold, just like my soul, and just out of sight

theres a woman at the bus stop
she lowers her head and looks at her watch
the pendulum swings, the hour glass breaks, the ticking of the clock

walking these streets alone, pavement and simple stone
the chill in the air,im not really there, and cold to the bone...

theres a child gazing at me
catching the chill in my breeze
and the whispers of the flowing autumn leaves

time ticks by,the old woman sighs
and i just dont feel right...

theres blood in these city streets
chills in their bones and fear so deep
and i just dont feel right....

the hounds can smell their fear
when the sun comes i shall disappear
completely out of sight...

its such a perfect night
down these city streets and neon lights
and now it just feels right...

im walking down the city streets
watching the stars and catching a breeze
reminiscing on my past demise
tonight is just like the day i died

and i just dont feel right... [comments] => 4 [counter] => 265 [topic] => 49 [informant] => Vermillion [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 7 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => mystical )
