Now he's passed away and gone to heaven.
While horseback riding, he was paralyzed in 1995.
It's too bad that he's no longer alive.
He strived even after his horrible accident.
He was a great actor and it was a sad day when he went.
It's so sad that he isn't around anymore.
Mr.Reeve was born in 1952 and died in 2004.
Now his many fans grieve.

Very sad write.. I grieved too..

This write will keep the memory of him in our hearts..

Thank you for showing respect, gratitude and affection for a wonderful actor we all knew and came to love.

One way or another, we all share something to others no matter what serious experiences happen to all of us. His contribution to the world was wonderful.

http://www.crpf.org/

He was truly not a selfish person.

Yes and he did prove you can "still" live a meaningful life, even struggling without the use of your limbs.

There are many arguments out there, about what he had done..

Perhaps he would not have started a foundation if he did not have that accident, who knows.. but he did and that is all that matters. And many people are greatful for it. He could have just layed quiet to die and give up right then and there.. But no.. he was a strong person.

There are 3 kinds of people:

#1 The user: people who reach for strengths from others but carefully avoids others weaknesses. When trouble hits your life, they distance themselves. Do not be resentful toward them, users aren't bad, they're just insecure and self-serving.

#2 The cautious: These people are in the majority. When you're in trouble they'll wait to see if you get out of it. And even then, they'll keep their options open. When it comes to the cautious, love them but don't build your life on them.

#3 The committed: These are people , your friend that loves all the time and is your brother. Our friends know us in bad times and in good times. If you have one of these friends, you are truly blessed because they will stand by you at all times. They are not just strong in faith, they're strong in fight. They're born for adversity. Protect these relationships. Nurture them, for without them we can't reach our God-given destiny.

Proverbs 17:17

George Reeves was the committed one.. A friend that loved us at all times.

This is just one the of the many ways in how our Lord in heaven uses us.. puts us to the duty to help others..

Thank you for this write.. my prayers go out to you
Randy.. and to all the world.. Amen..

I hope and pray we can all contribute to the world something for others here on earth, once we are in heaven, so that their lives can be just a little more smoother.

I am so happy I found your poem, I thank you...

We may say goodbye, but God said hello..
