Reflected in the Harvest moon as it glides along the horizon,
The past on swift wings has taken to flight,
I look back as I fly on,
There is so much to live for,
That I scarce even gave thought to before,
You filled my heart as no one else could; for many tried but no one could win,
The you came charging in,
There could never be enough pages that could fill,
All that my heart holds for you; and there never will,
You are my laugher, my joy, my sunshine,
For no one else has a heart and soul like thine.

Iridescent yellow rays of sunshine in the depths of night,
Reflected in the Harvest moon as it glides along the horizon,
The past on swift wings has taken to flight,
I look back as I fly on,
There is so much to live for,
That I scarce even gave thought to before,
You filled my heart as no one else could; for many tried but no one could win,
The you came charging in,
There could never be enough pages that could fill,
All that my heart holds for you; and there never will,
You are my laugher, my joy, my sunshine,
For no one else has a heart and soul like thine.
