It was sitting at the end of my bed just looking at me with blank eyes
It was me but it was not me now
I sat up and stared at it, at me for a moment
"What?"
"Yes, I am" it said stopping me
My blood ran cold looking at its white face that displayed no expression
The face looked as if it was laid out in a coffin
The eyes were opened but they were as white as the skin
It was me but just a little bit older or harsher
I wondered if this was me near
"Yes" it said without any stirring
The mouth just opened and close as it talked with no expression
"You are me and I am you but soon we will be I"
"when" I asked
"Soon" It said
"How soon" I asked

It came in the night when I awoke from a bad dream
