My voice too quiet for you to hear
To listen to know you were my dear

My explaining of reasons why this is so
It's funny how you say good-bye
It must have been too hard for you to try
You are my love and still in my life
Even though I'll be somebody else's wife
The pain, the burning, and the scars
If only you knew exactly how far
You don't love me, not like before
And it's so hard to deal with the pain anymore
And you can't love me and it be the same
There were too many mistakes, this was your game
Did you think I was lying when I said I'd stay
I had meant those words but now it's not that way
We've tried before to have what we had
But your same mistakes made it bad
You don't get it and I can't undestand
I remember how we use to hold hands
But it's not for me to comprehend
You are the one who caused the end.
