Waiting for the sun to shine upon me
I want to run so far away
I want to break free
My heart so cold
Why am I so cold inside
Locked away for no reason spoken
Here so far away in the darkness I hide
I'm lost.... lost in the darness again
No purpose or reason why
No matter how far I go on
I will always be locked away inside this imprisoned lie
I wish this was only a dream
So I can awake to reality
I just wish I could spread angel wings
And Just fly away to set myself free.

Imprisoned in a shadowy place
Waiting for the sun to shine upon me
I want to run so far away
I want to break free
My heart so cold
Why am I so cold inside
Locked away for no reason spoken
Here so far away in the darkness I hide
I'm lost.... lost in the darness again
No purpose or reason why
No matter how far I go on
I will always be locked away inside this imprisoned lie
I wish this was only a dream
So I can awake to reality
I just wish I could spread angel wings
And Just fly away to set myself free.
