The run-around,
The game,
Tired of the people,
The sickness,

I/'/m tired of always wanting more,

I/'/m tired of the struggle and the stress.
I/'/ve been tired before,
But something always draws me back.
Something always happens,
And I come running back.
The thing I need,
To cope without,
It seems is what I lack.
The normal stress of living life,
Of making rent,
And paying lights.
The heartache when your kids gets sick,
These things they draw me back.
This life wears me down,
And the drugs,
They draw me back. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 161 [topic] => 66 [informant] => dbl0jen [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => drugabuse ) Your Poetry Dot Com - Drawn back
