feeling like a fool knowing it was all a lie
don't look at the wall and pretend its him in the shadows of night
trying to understand why his heart has come to mine in all thats right
just hold your memories and close your eyes goodnight
for this was a battle that was over without a fight
now hes moved on and so should you

I know you loved him a long time ago
feelings like that are never hard to show
but what your feeling now is all brand new
your thinking of a time when you didn't knew
your laying in bed with tears on your face
wishing for memories to embrace
