happy together,
the death of me, I was to late,
or was it fate, or just not meant to be.
I love you still, probably always will,
walk away this time forever stay,
how do I change the night to day,
the upside down smile of a clown,
how do i put you forever out of mind,
I will this time, even if our lives pass again,
I need to close this door, cast it upon the shore,
waves take it away, open my heart once more,
learn love again, let someone in, open the door,
one step at a time.
